Rich Bloss

Director of Operations

Rich Bloss was promoted to the position of Director of Operations as of December 2020. Rich began his career with AES on June 20, 2003 as a Helium Inspection Technician. Leveraging his time served in the US Navy as a Petty Officer 2nd Class (E5) and building on his outstanding work performance and dedication to quality, Rich will work directly with the Regional and Division Managers to ensure AES continues to provide our customers with safe services while guaranteeing that operations integrity remains high.

Gary Phillips

Procurement Manager

Gary joins AES with over 30 years of experience in a myriad of condenser-related projects with varying degrees of complexity, across multiple business units. Gary will lead purchasing activities and logistical operations across all AES service and product lines. Key to his responsibilities will be developing and maintaining solid working relationships with vendors to ensure adequate resources for all projects. Utilizing his extensive experience, Gary will work closely with AES remote offices and Regional Managers to maintain appropriate inventories critical for sustaining field operations on a 24/7 basis.
